Please be advised of our return policy. This policy must be followed in order to return merchandise and obtain proper credit.
Call 949-492-0753 for authorization if you need to return a product. You may also write to us at the address located at the bottom of this page.
Follow the steps below for outlined instructions.

Call or write us with the information below:
(a) Style number or description of merchandise
(b) Number of pieces to be returned per style and size
(c) Detailed explanation for returned product(s)
(d) Invoice number

All information must be furnished or no return authorization will be issued.

If these reasons are sufficient for return, "Return Authorization number" (R.A. #) will be issued.
No box(es) will be accepted without an R.A.# on it.
The R.A.# is valid for 15 days from issuance.
Boxes received after 15 days will be refused at our warehouse and no credit will be issued.
R.A. numbers must be on the outside of the box(es).

You are only allowed to return those items listed on the R.A. form.
Merchandise not authorizes for return will automatically be returned to you with no credit issued for the merchandise.

After merchandise has been received and inspected by us, a credit memo will be issued for those items qualifying for credit.

In regard to shortages or damages found upon receipt of goods a written or phoned in claim must be made to SURF MORE PRODUCTS within 5 days of the receipt of the goods.
No claims will be accepted after this time. Where boxes are received damaged or opened, place claim directly with the proper carrier (UPS or trucking company).
A 15% charge will be assessed on all refused shipments, which are shipped to you with your approval, and prior to the completion date, and are returned without an R.A. number.
